I’m not quite at the point where I am looking at my own wedding stationery yet but I am massively obsessed with graphic design, and printed materials are, in general, pretty orgasmic if they’re done right. Working mostly in digital, I have a lot of respect for print designers as it is really a true art form. Its so important to understand types of paper, printing techniques, colour… I could go on. So when Vici-Jane sent me an email with some information on Artcadia, I was very excited. Artcadia do a wide range of event stationery including wedding invitations, RSVP cards, menus, table plans and order of service books, and they do so using recycled and biodegradable materials. How very exciting and green! They don’t use templates and their designs are completely bespoke to you and your special day.
Vici Jane says “while planning my own wedding I struggled to find wedding stationery which reflected our own personalities and the ‘less traditional’ style of our wedding day. I saw the opportunity to take my experience in design from the world of advertising and put it into designing fantastic wedding stationery. I draw inspiration for Artcadia from the stunning countryside setting that we are blessed with and also our menagerie of animals. I get great pleasure from working with couples realising their wedding stationery visions, bringing together their personalities, wedding day themes and styles.”
