Good morning! Hope you are having a lovely week so far. I have an exciting event that I am quite passionate about coming up this weekend. It’s wedding related in the sense that if you’re vegan and / or you’re looking for suppliers who are focussed on a charitable cause, this one is for you! I have to admit probably about 50% of my tweets involve some sort of reference to my amazing cat Bailey. She is a rescue kitty and, while sometimes slightly hard work, she is my family, and one of the best parts of my day (aside from seeing my husband of course!) is seeing her little head pop out from behind the staircase when I walk in the door. *sigh* Anyway, this weekend Animal Aid is hosting it’s annual Xmas without Cruelty Fayre in Kensington Town Hall and, among others, the amazing Charlotte White of Restoration Cake will be there with her dairy free and vegan Cakes! If you are looking for this type of thing for your wedding, I can tell you, hands down Charlotte is the bomb. I even took part in her vegan / dairy challenge last year and literally could not tell the difference.
This event is definitely worth hopping over to, as there are loads of charitable people exhibiting that might be perfect for your big day! Other exhibitors that might catch your fancy include Honesty Cosmetics, Veggies Catering, Specialty Cuisines and more.

I can certainly promise a feast of dairy-free treats on Sunday. We will be there with the Christmas flavours again – Chocolate, Red Velvet, Cinnamon Swirl and Minnette (our Mint Choc Chip cupcake!).
We will have Wedding Cakes on display and I will be consulting on Vegan Wedding Cakes that look and taste truly spectacular.
