Gorgeous Christmas Red, Gold and Cream Wedding at the Rye Town Hall – Clare & Patrick

Good afternoon! Hope those of you based in Londontown are sporting your sunnies today and enjoying the nice weather. I have a super beautiful wedding to share with you shot by the fabulous Penny and Martin of Tino & Pip Photography. I love love love the bright pops of red for this Christmas styled evening and the venues both work so well with the bride and groom’s overal aesthetic. Totally gorgeous. Anyway, enough gushing, here is a little bit about their day…

Clare and Patrick were married in December of last year at the beautiful Rye Town Hall with their reception following at The George. Without being too over the top Christmassy, the two nodded to the holiday season with a gorgeous shabby chic gold and cream Christmas tree at their reception venue and also took advantage of the beautiful deep reds present at the town hall for their ceremony. Their overall colour palette was based around a shabby chic look and feel with a touch of glamour accented by golds, creams and claret. J’adore.

Clare’s dress with it’s fantastically dramatic train was from Leonie Claire Bridal and she sported some pretty killer wedding shoes by Christian Louboutin, while her bridesmaids wore dresses that were made especially for them! Clare’s close friend Heather Marten designed their stationery and the centerpieces were put together by the couple themselves.

Advice from the Bride
Firstly I would say to enjoy every minute, many people warned me that the day flies by but it really does and it is so important to take time out away from your wedding party with your husband to take the whole day in.

Any regrets?
One of our biggest regrets is that we didn’t get all our guests to write in the guest book. We will now be using it as a guest book for our child’s christening!!

Best decision made
Marrying each other and of course choosing Tino&Pip to be our photographers as we can now look back on our day and live each moment again through our photos.

Also, we would like to recommend a few people if possible, of course Tino&Pip for being so fabulous but also Heather Marten who did all the stationary for our wedding and Gemma Sutton who did my hair and make up.

Make sure to check out the Tino & Pip website for more details and enjoy!
